# Quickstart

> Get AmpUp connected to your sales tools in minutes

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

* An AmpUp account (contact [sales@ampup.ai](mailto:sales@ampup.ai) if you need one)
* Admin access to the tools you want to connect
* A few minutes to complete the OAuth authorization flow

## Recommended Setup Order

For the best experience, we recommend connecting your tools in this order:

## What Happens After Connection

Once your tools are connected:

1. **Historical Import**: We'll import your recent call recordings (typically last 90 days)
2. **Real-time Sync**: New calls and CRM updates sync automatically
3. **AI Analysis**: Our agents begin analyzing your conversations within hours
4. **Coaching Starts**: Reps receive personalized coaching via phone, email, or in-app

## Data Security
